No Exaggerated Coverage Fees

We’re yet to see a supplier that offers “Toner Included” yet at a rate less than the ISO/SEC standards. This is not the issue. What we do see commonly is where a company exceeds the ISO/SEC standards and gets slugged by the supplier with either a hefty price-hike on the cost-per-page, or just billed at a rate that far exceeds the RRP of the actual additional toner used.

If not billed via the more common “increase the cost, for current & future periods” approach, the calculation method of the supplier can equate to expenses well above the retail price of the supplies when you calculate pro-rata the actual excess usage.

FairPrint limits these charges to the RRP pro-rata equivalent of those consumables. Your FairPrint supplier may charge less, the cap is in place for your peace of mind.
